The Custodian Planning module builds on your room inventory from the VisionFM Space module. Custodian managers can set standards for maintenance tasks, their frequency and allotted time to produce an accurate estimate of the resources required to maintain their buildings. Those estimates can be further broken down into cleaning zones which can be assigned to custodial staff. The estimates can be used to plan work assignments for in-house staff or to develop tenders for contract work.
