CAPPstone’s trainer supplies AutoCAD Overlay and Healthcare Space Planning training to our clients. CAPPstone in conjunction with VisionFM train staff either at a client’s facilities or at VisionFM’s corporate offices in the remaining modules, namely Administration, Maintenance Manager, Project Management, Capital Planning ,Custodial Planning and Key Management.

CAPPstone constructs space databases of new and existing buildings and sites to VisionFM and national area measurement standards to ensure clients get a head start on implementation of their newly purchased corporate application. Projects commence with identification of an client’s organizational (services, programs, departments), and physical structure (sites, buildings, floors). AutoCAD drawings are subsequently polylined and catalogued based on site verified room information to produce a validated database of a client’s entire facility portfolio.

On-going maintenance of an organization’s space database can be managed by a client’s own forces with training support supplied by CAPPstone, or CAPPstone can be engaged by retainer to ensure that all projects are expeditiously completed and entered into the VisionFM application as they are occupied by the client.

CAPPstone has the project management experience to manage the collection of data associated with an organization’s critical assets using the client’s own forces. Recommendations on the purchase of specific asset bar code tags complete with identification of the owner is just one way in which CAPPstone can save a client money. Experience has shown that this technique is far superior to CAPPstone being solely responsible for data collection using our own forces.
